Nitrate in your aquarium water promotes algae growth as it is a key source of nutrition. Tetra NitrateMinus biologically reduces nitrate without harming fish or plants.
The nitrate removing activity of the microorganisms contained in this formula also help to stabilise the KH and pH of your aquarium water.
This product is suitable for use in all fresh and salt water aquariums. It is not a biocide.
You should add 2.5ml of NitrateMinus per 10L of tank water. Tetra recommend using this product on a weekly basis.
