Delivery

Once we receive an order from you and your payment has cleared, we will endeavour to dispatch it within 2 working days. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays. You will be notified via email once your order has been passed to couriers for delivery. The couriers that we use vary depending on the size and nature of your order. Typically you can expect delivery within 3 working days of receiving your dispatch notification email, but we ask that you allow a week before you contact us in the unusual event that no delivery/attempt has been made. When you add an item to your basket you will be alerted if it is ‘low stock’. In this event we may need to wait for a wholesale delivery to us before we can dispatch your order. Under these circumstances you will be contacted by us and advised of the delay. You will be given the opportunity to remove this item from your order, cancel the order in it’s entirety or wait until all items are ready to be dispatched.

Orders which total more than £50 (excluding postage and packaging) will be awarded free carriage. Any orders below this figure will incur a set postage and packaging fee of £4.99. This figure applies to most areas of mainland UK. Areas like the Scottish Highlands and Islands that are more difficult to deliver to may need to have a premium applied to our standard delivery rate. You will be contacted for authorisation for this before the order is processed and dispatched. Delivery to those areas will also take a little longer. We regret that we do not currently offer delivery options outside of the United Kingdom.

Under most circumstances a signature will be required as proof of delivery. Please try to give an address where somebody is likely to be available for this. If you miss a delivery the courier will make two further attempts. If the re-deliveries are missed then your order will be returned to us. If you wish us to dispatch it a second time further delivery charges will apply.

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any losses arising in the event of the delivery of your order being outside of the estimated time frame. Estimates are given based on the best of our knowledge and in good faith.  However, circumstances outside of our control can arise. We will do our utmost to keep you abreast of any developments relating to your order and we will be happy to answer enquiries at any time.
