MediKoi Wheatgerm with Garlic pellet food is rich in easily digestible protein, Vitamin B, Vitamin C and Iron, making it an ideal pond fish food for colder weather.
Garlic has been added to the ingredients of this food to provide protection from parasites. Garlic has parasite repellent properties which diffuse through the skin and into the mucous layer.
Whilst this food is designed for colder weather, it can be used year round if alternated with MediKoi Health as part of an immune boosting feeding regime.
The manufacturer recommend that you feed your fish twice daily, taking care to not use more food that will be consumed within 10 minutes.
Please note that fish should not be fed when they are dormant in very cold weather.
